Cowspiracy – Uncovering the Most Destructive Industry Facing the Planet Today

Thank you to James McWilliams

James’ work seems to go greatly unnoticed. When I visited his blog site tonight and signed up, there were a mere 802 subscribers. His feast of animal sensitive information is there for consumption. Please stop by and see what it can do for you.

As I sit and watch Cowspiracy

for the fourth time tonight in preparation for my interview with Rich Roll tomorrow night, I want to change the world. We have a population problem and are forced to raise ten times as many farm animals to support our meat and dairy habits as there are people on the planet (70 Billion Animals).

Life-Changing Moment

The Cowspiracy scene when Kip goes to the backyard duck farmer and they film the culling / slaughter of one duck and Kip’s reaction was devastating. The sadness and helplessness of the situation for the ducks. It brought a tear to my eye when he announced his scheduled slaughter visit for the backyard chicken farm and I won’t be a spoiler. I must share the CHEER that went up in our crowd in Tempe, Arizona, during the screening here last month.

Cowspiracy – I Bought the Shirt – I Bought the Movie

I came home after the screening with my new movie. I sat with my two oldest kids (11 and 13) to watch the movie again and talk about all the things going on in my head. I was inspired / compelled / driven to share the message.

It is challenging as a vegan

to exchange more ideas with family, friends and co-workers. They think you are crazy. They know that the magnitude of the paradigm shift required for a world where people stopped eating meat (and dying of heart attacks) is beyond our scope of comprehension.

Would it even make a difference?

Does it take someone making a movie and eating animal products and being tested as their health falls further and further into disrepair. Filming them through their open heart surgery with their legacy being all they have left once they eventually fall victim to the health-robbing seduction of animal products.

How to Find Out More about Cowspiracy

Review the Cowspiracy media release with names and organizations interviewed during the film.

I am all for plant-based dairy and fake meat if that is what it takes to reduce the demand for the unsustainable practices.

Just remember these words: “Baby Calf Growth Fluid” –  🙂

Listen in to the podcast when you have some time to reflect.

The Mocha Vegan Performance Podcast is about amplifying performance. I find ways to perform better than I ever thought possible. Check it out at mochavegan.com/podcast. Leave me a voice message right from my page and let me know what you think. I want to help spread the word. Kip has agreed to be on the podcast this fall and it will be great to keep things going for Cowspiracy!

Thanks for reading along. Experience the movie and beware food pyramids sponsored by the Dairy or Beef Industry.
