My recipe for Halloween Cricket Stir Fry

2 cups noodles of choice
1/4 cup sliced onions
2 cloves garlic
1 T chia seeds
1 t EVOO
1 1/2 cups of crickets, fresh

Improving Run Performance

My recipe for improving run performance

Speed training 2-3 times per week
Long Run for endurance once per week
Yoga once per week
Core 1 – 3 times per week
