Speed Work at the Track

See if you can guess how many 100 meter intervals I did at the track tonight…I wasn’t sure until I looked at Map My Ride and the graph in the attached picture.

It was an overall challenging effort and I can’t wait until next time when I try to better my average time!

I ran hard 100m then walked 100m and repeated. 1 mile warmup and 3/4 mile cool down jogs. Who is doing speed training out there?
